Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter is Carroll Cuisine UC, Burlington Business Park, Sragh Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly R35 F7X4 (the “Promoter”). This promotion is run by The Promoter only. The retailer from which the participating pack(s) was obtained has no involvement in the administration of the Promotion and accepts no responsibility for the Promotion, prizes or any associated matters. 
2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over. 

Employees of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter. 

Proof of age, identity and residence may be required. 

3. Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from 00:01 GMT on 1 April 2026 until 00:00 GMT on 15th July 2026 (inclusive). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. 

To enter, participants must scan the QR code on participating packs or Visit https://carrollsoftullamore.ie and access the promotional entry page. Participants must have a registered Republic of Ireland mobile phone or Northern Ireland registered mobile phone. 

Upon submission of the entry form, entrants will receive a confirmation email acknowledging their entry. Administrative emails only will be sent in connection with the Promotion. 

After completing the main entry form, entrants may optionally participate in the promotional “recipe catch” game to win instant prizes. Completion of the main entry form is required before accessing the game. 

To win instant prizes, participants must successfully complete the game by catching the required number of ingredients within the allotted time. 

5.     Entry Limits

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

A maximum of 2 entries per mobile and / or per person per week unless otherwise expressly stated. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, or via automated, bulk or third‑party methods, are not permitted. 

6.    Nature of the Promotion

This Promotion includes Weekly prize draws, and Instant win prizes awarded via “magic winning moments”. 

Weekly prize draw winners will be selected at random using an independently verified computer process. 

Instant win prizes will be awarded to the first eligible participant who completes the game at or after a designated winning moment. In the event of a timestamp conflict or technical issue, prizes will be awarded based on the earliest valid main entry followed by successful game completion.

Eight weekly prize draws each awarding one pre-paid €200 PERX Mastercard scheduled as follows:

Instant win prizes

A fixed number of €100 instant win prizes paid via Revolut
One €200 instant win prize
130 merchandise prizes consisting of 50 notebooks and pens, 30 tote bags, 50 mugs

Merchandise prizes will be distributed evenly across the Promotion Period. 

Prizes are non‑transferable and non‑exchangeable. No cash alternative is available for non‑cash prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. 

Neither Revolut nor Mastercard are sponsors of, or associated with, this Promotion. Please note your details including name and mobile number may be passed to Revolut to fulfil some cash prizes.  

8.    Winner Notification

Instant win prize winners will be notified immediately on‑screen and confirmed by email within 2 hours. 

Weekly prize draw winners will be notified by email within 2 hours of the relevant draw time. 

Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond in time, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant. 

Unclaimed prizes may be included in a wash‑up draw taking place no later than 14 days after the Promotion ends. 

9.    Publicity

The surnames and counties of weekly prize draw winners may be published on the promotional microsite. Winners may request removal of their details by contacting Carrolls@Return2Sender.ie.

Where legally required, winner information may be made available to competent authorities. 

10. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at:

Data will be used solely for administering the Promotion, contacting winners and prize fulfilment. Data may be shared with verified fulfilment partners where necessary. 

Personal data will be deleted no later than three (3) months after the Promotion ends, unless retention is required for legitimate record‑keeping purposes. 

The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and, where applicable, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The data controller is Carroll Cuisine UC of Burlington Business Park, Sragh Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Ireland.

Personal data provided by entrants (including name and contact details) will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners and arranging and delivering prizes. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for the successful running of the promotion specifically Eircode and name and address for delivering prizes, email and mobile for delivery of prizes and notifying that they have successfully entered, and for ensuring that shoppers can only enter twice per week. 

The Promoter may share personal data with third parties appointed to assist with the administration of the Promotion and the fulfilment of prizes, including agencies, suppliers and delivery providers. Such third parties will process personal data only on the Promoter’s instructions.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as is necessary for these purposes and for no longer than three (3) months after the end of the Promotion, unless a longer period is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of prize winners as required by applicable promotional marketing rules. Entrants may object to this by contacting the Promoter, but the Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide such information to regulatory authorities on request.

Entrants have the right to request access to their personal data and to request that it be corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission or, where applicable, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

11. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

Lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries

Technical, network or system failures beyond its reasonable control 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or fraudulent or unfair conduct. 

This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law and subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
